Oscar Rudnick - Owner, Broker, REALTOR

                       Oscar has been in Real Estate for 24 years and the Owner/Broker of Citywide Property Management, Inc. since 1996. 

Pamela Fein - REALTOR, Office Manager

                     Pamela is one Fein Realtor. (My web coach put that in here!)  Pamela has been a REALTOR for 30 years.  She owned her own property managment company in the 80's.  She is involved with our local Real Estate Association, the Bakersfield Association of REALTORS and has had her Real Estate license for 31 years!   You can reach her at: Pamela@CitywidePropertyManagementInc.com

 
Sherrie - Bookkeeper

                 Sherrie is our bookkeeper.  She has been doing property managment accounting for almost 22 years.  If you have any questions regarding bookkeeping or your owner statement, you can reach Sherrie at:  Sherrie@CitywidePropertyManagementInc.com 

Please note that during the first seven (7) days of the month and the last seven (7) days of the month, Sherrie may not be able to return your calls or email on the same day as those are our busiest times of the month for bookkeeping.

Sherrie does not work on Fridays.

Rosalinda - Property Supervisor 

The newest member of the Citywide team.  She comes to us with a smiling face and lots of experience in property management.  She is in charge of the Northwest (above Rosedale Hwy), North part of town above Norris Road and the Northeast part of town.

                      Helen is always cheerful and ready to help anyone....she is Oscar's Assistant and Property Manager for a mobile home park in Arvin.  She is oh so willing to always help in the office if there is a need.

She is very active in our community and has headed up our local Christmas Parade for the previous 5 years.

Sharon Snyder - Property Supervisor 

Sharon has worked for several years in the property management field, and knows all about large apartment complexes, multi units and single families.  She is here to help.

She takes care of the West Southwest area below Rosedale Hwy, Central / Downtown area, lower North area, some parts of the south southwest area.

Shanthall - Front Desk

Shanthall happily is our very busy front desk person. She helps everyone with a smile on her face.  She keeps herself busy helping all of us with our overflow!  We are glad she is here.
